No you can't transfer funds from a Connected Account to a Platform Account.

How does the Connected Account collecting funds ?

I was tried it yesterday and it worked well but funds moved to reserved balance in platform account.
but today, the transfer doesnt work with 400 error: Cannot create account debit on this account

Yeah not sure why but Account Debits are disabled for the account. I suggest you write in to support and they can help! It's not an API/integration issue
