I have tried to make a payment in Moodle and I get this error, I put the public and private key and I get this error, I have tried it in test mode and in live mode
Could you tell me what the error could be?
what exactly are you trying to implement?
I am trying to put paid courses and I am doing tests, to be able to make the payment for a course
With my other Stripe profile in test mode it lets me make the payment, but with these client API keys it doesn't
are you using a 3rd party connector for Stripe? or are you developing your own?
english please
I am using a client's connector, and I am a super admin in their environment, which means I can see API keys and payments.
do you know what's the name of the connector?
And in the same moodle environment I have tried with my stripe account and it works perfectly.
no, wheere i can see?
I'm not sure what you're using as a connector to use Stripe
but it seems that part of that setting is the webhook endpoint to use and the webhook you've passed is for a different account
but in all cases, you need to reach out to the 3rd party connector support team to help you out
this is a list of some of our connectors
https://docs.stripe.com/connectors
but it's not extensive
and you might be using something different
I don't understand what this has to do with it, if in Moodle I only put two things, a secret key and a public one. And with one Stripe account it works and another doesn't.
Maybe you can put me through to someone who understands Moodle connector with Stripe
is this https://moodle.org/plugins/paygw_stripe what you're using?
Connect Moodle with Stripe to collect payments through various providers. E.g. credit cards, Alipay, Sofort.
Requires a Stripe account.
normally you should reach out to the maintainer of that plugin
anyway I think there are other people that were facing the same issue as you and they contacted the maintainer and they gave them a solution https://moodle.org/plugins/paygw_stripe#:~:text=FYI for those having a similar issue to my above%3A I emailed Alex directly and he provided the following solution
