I have tried to make a payment in Moodle and I get this error, I put the public and private key and I get this error, I have tried it in test mode and in live mode

#

Could you tell me what the error could be?

signal notch
#

what exactly are you trying to implement?

simple kestrel
#

I am trying to put paid courses and I am doing tests, to be able to make the payment for a course

#

With my other Stripe profile in test mode it lets me make the payment, but with these client API keys it doesn't

#

are you using a 3rd party connector for Stripe? or are you developing your own?

#

english please

#

I am using a client's connector, and I am a super admin in their environment, which means I can see API keys and payments.

#

do you know what's the name of the connector?

And in the same moodle environment I have tried with my stripe account and it works perfectly.

I'm not sure what you're using as a connector to use Stripe

#

but it seems that part of that setting is the webhook endpoint to use and the webhook you've passed is for a different account

#

but in all cases, you need to reach out to the 3rd party connector support team to help you out

#

but it's not extensive

#

and you might be using something different

#

I don't understand what this has to do with it, if in Moodle I only put two things, a secret key and a public one. And with one Stripe account it works and another doesn't.

#

Maybe you can put me through to someone who understands Moodle connector with Stripe
