So I had made a transaction recently on my new stripe account and I did transaction of 70 dollars but it shows risk elevated 72

OK, so thats a radar risk score, it varies for a lot of reasons, i can;t really speak to that
If you want further insight into a particular customer payment, you can reach out to our support team to ask about Radar score for that payment.
Why is it 72 and not normal?
Because that's what Radar determined, i have no other information deeper than that

If chat is available it will be an option presented to you via the support flow

It appears that you have not enabled "successful payment" notifications here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/communication-preferences
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
So if you want to get email/sms/push for those, you can enable them on that settings page.
