Hello,
I recently opened a Stripe account a few days ago for my Shopify store www.takavintage.com. Everything was going well, I was receiving orders and everything seemed to go well.
I even contacted support before activating Stripe as a payment method regarding in making sure my account and business is eligible to start receiving payments without any problems.
I have received payments worth over 700 euros in the last 2 days and shipped out the orders to my customers. This really concerns me, because the money is not available for pay out and I did everything within the standards. I am very worried that this money is gone and I cannot lose this amount of finances.
I also want to clarify that I do not have a licensed business in Lithuania yet, because I recently started this business and I don't have a VAT to provide, but I'm planning to register my business soon.
What kind of proof I could provide for an appeal, so it can be accepted? I can provide proof of shipments of the products sold, statements from my payment processor (e.g., Shopify, PayPal). customer invoices or receipts or proof of inventory. Please let me know in what kind of format can I provide these documents in, so it is suitable for the request of my account verification.
I'm very worried about this situation. I really hope to hear from you soon and hope we can find a solution

I was able to chat 2 days ago, but once my account was closed I cannot chat to anyone anymore.

I am on the same team as pgskc. I am very sorry but you really only can talk to support through that site. Chat availability can vary. Unfortunately, do not know why you can't see it and can't enable it again for you. There really is nothing we can do from this server.

Our support team doesn't have a schedule, my understanding is that the availability of chat can vary for a variety of reasons, unfortunately I don't have a way to confirm why it isn't showing for you. And no worries, I understand the concern it is just that we really don't have a way to help for this kind of thing.
