If you're using Dynamic Payment Methods, then you'll need to turn Link off in the corresponding Payment Method Configuration, which can be done here in your dashboard:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods
(this link is for testmode, if you want to edit these for livemode transactions, ensure the testmode toggle near the top of the page is turned off)

Yup, which of those PMCs are you using in your integration?

Are you processing one-time payments, or are you using Stripe Billing?

Sounds like you're probably using your default configuration then.

Ok. You'll want to turn it off the Payment Element to turn it off for the Mobile Payment Element (Payment Sheet) as well. Let me know if that doesn't do the trick though.
