One thing I notice is that they have separate platform accounts

Is it possible you are creating with keys from platform account A and looking at the connected accounts for platform account B and vice versa?

That's what I thought but I double checked the Secret key and it's correct. Is there any other location where I should be specifying the platform keys?

In some libraries you can specify it per request. Maybe just search all of your code for sk_test to see if you may have hardcoded it somewhere?

And double checked by going to the key settings in the dashboard from the account you are logged in to the dashboard with?

Yeah, I'm definitely looking at the correct one. Are you able to see which emails are being used for the two platforms? One weird thing that's happening is the branding that's being used isn't from this account at all. First I used a private email to test it out and later I used a work email to create a new account completely. I moved all the keys to this new account but for whatever reason I'm still seeing branding from the private email that I used. I don't think I hardcoded the keys anywhere since the two snippets above are pretty much the complete code for creation flow

I can and can see they use different emails, that looks to be in line with what I can see. A personal email and then an email where the domain lines up with the account name.

Is it possible that an old version of your code is running that still has the old key? Or are you directly running this code locally?

Unfortunately not, there is just that form. It sometimes has a callback option but its availability can vary. This server does not have any way to help you with this.
