Apple Pay will only be shown on Safari on the desktop browser, but not on Chrome

Apple Pay on Stripe integration should be tested with real card even in test mode

Apple Pay sandbox test cards don't work well with Stripe's integration

Could you ask your customer to share the screenshot of the error?

I'd also recommend using real card on real Apple account to test Apple Pay integration
