What's the session ID (cs_xxx)? To confirm, you mean surfacing previously saved cards?
Hi, we encountered a strange problem: we use checkout session such that customers can start subscriptions and we use multiple payment methods. One cusotmer was not able to see one of the payment methods called "Lastschrift". When i clicked the checkout session link i could see it. Where is the problem?
That session has expired
Yes
Unclear what 'Lastschrift' is as that isn't the name of an officially supported PM. Is it SEPA or something?
OK, thanks. Let me see
Its not that the type is not included in the checkout session but rather that it was not appearing on her device. She used Chrome
I suspect that this is related to an ongoing experiment we're doing to optimise/test for efficiency of non-card PMs. Confirming
Yep, confirmed
Okay, thanks
Is it random then who is tested, because some of our customer do opt for the SEPA option and we'd need it to be and remain visible in the checkout sessions
Yes, the treatment is applied to a very % percentage of sessions
How long is this test going to contiue and is there a chance of excluding our account?
And how come that the tax settings is different by view? That should not be like that, should it? Edit: Tax probably would have only appeared when choosing one of the methods, right?
I don't understand the question
In my second screenshot there is no VAT added to the price, whereas in the first screenshot there is.
Probably varies depending on customer location which will get from IP address
Okay
is that possible?
Potentially, but I can't action that here. If you write in to our team directly I can help async
