a single guy attempts to refund method on my digital service

why does that mean my accounts closed on stripe

why does every past buyer get a refund

for example if I am a new trader

started yesterday

dont have a business bank acc

didnt have previous payment processor

not a registered business yet

and all i can provide is invoices, can I get my stripe re opened and able to withdraw funds
