Hi there ๐ can you share the ID of a Setup Intent you used for testing this, where you didn't see a Mandate created?

this is the only setup intent id I can find for this customer

This was used to setup a card Payment Method, those don't create Mandate objects I don't believe.

Typically not for cards they're not. Do you have an example of what you saw during testing that you can share that I can compare against?

Hm, I'm seeing that a Mandate was created for this Setup Intent:

but I'm not sure why it isn't being surfaced on the Setup Intent object. I'm going to ask my teamamtes to take a closer look at that.

If you retrieve the Setup Intent I shared most recently, is mandate empty still? (I suspect it will be, but want to be certain)
