hi! sound like something you'd ask your AE if you have one, or https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true about. I had a quick look and it seems like we do support this but you'll need to be on IC+ pricing and there's a cost-per-usage for it

open a support ticket at the link above would be a good start. I'd suggest focussing on thing at a time. You can't use this ANI feature without already being on IC+ pricing and that requires engaging with our sales team I think. Anyway, ask support! our team is for technical/coding question for devs, I'm at the limit of my knowledge here.

And when I search for Stripe sales and input my info it just says you don't need to talk to a sales team, you can just set up your account

I don't have any direct connection to sales, unfortunately. Maybe you could create an account and try to request the features directly via support? If it requires talking to sales you will be redirected, i.e. your ultimate goal is not to talk to sales, but to get the features you want. You can just ask the regular Support about them: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
