Hello
Taking a look
Do you have an example handy of a Subscription that was canceled due to a failed payment?
Yes

I think our settings in the dashboard may be incorrect...
This is probably incorrect, specifically subscription status down at the bottom
That Subscription example you shared was not canceled automatically due to a failed payment but instead an intentional cancel via the API which results in this cancellation_requested reason.
But yes, it does look like those settings are incorrect
If you want auto-cancellation due to failed payment attempts to occur
I'd recommend adjusting those settings and then using Test Clocks to test this end-to-end: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/testing/test-clocks
Ok, I'll give that a try.
Are you saying someone manually cancelled this subscription?
It was done via the API: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_rsES9pTGVPywsu
So weird, I don't know how that would have happened.
