And also I am passing newer version of stripe using RequestOptions like this :

You shouldn't not use extra params for expanding, it's supported by the SDK
You are using a preview feature (paypal's line items) and line_items are expandable, you need to pass the expanding param on that field in order to get it back on the response:

So, what you mean is I can not add information that I wanted in line_items using extra params?

No you can add the line_items for sure in the request. But your question was about the missing line_items in the response.
You keep the extra params for the request part, and in order to get it in the response
you need to add the expand param
You add expanding parameter to your object paymentIntentCreateParams
