👋 hello! We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel so I think it's difficult for us to say with any certainty here if you can't setup a new Stripe account with the same tax id. Maybe Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact/email might be able to give more insight on that front.
Maybe can you explain in more detail why you prefer not to use the same Stripe account to listen for webhooks?

to me that use case is more something you would build a Stripe App for, not a Connect platform.
