Hello

lost crown
#

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ do you have more details that you can share? I'm not able to gather much insight from you pasting the same thing in each field.

#

The typical causes for this are:

#
  • You didn't verify the domain where you're hosting the Payment Element
#
  • If you're using Connect, the domain was registered for the wrong Stripe Account
#
  • You don't already have a card in your Apple Pay wallet in the browser you're using to test

#

So there are 2 situations that we are facing problems here.

#

1 is indeed the connect, for example we have clients that are connecting via Connect method - but we are not sure how to pass that to elements, if you can share an example how will be much apreciated

#

domains verified already:

2 for our own acount - testing purpose - we can't use connect since it does not let us connect with the same parent acocunt or something like that, and here we have all the domains validated

Card in apple Pay wallet active, we can see Google pay and the other options.

#

Only Pay with apple missing.

lost crown
#

Can you share a link to the page where this isn't working as expected?

lost crown
#

If you see Google Pay, does that mean you're testing with Chrome?

upbeat eagle
#

Apple pay / Pay with apple is our issue

#

not Google pay

lost crown
#

Yes, but if you see Google Pay it gives me the impression you're testing with a browser that doesn't support Apple Pay.

#

What browser are you using for your testing?

upbeat eagle
#

We did all 100 tests with iphone devices

#

not with browser

lost crown
#

How do I get from the link you shared to the payment page you show in your screenshot?

upbeat eagle
#

we do not expect to see an apple pay on chrome

#

I was showing you that google pay is there

#

however on Apple devices, Apple device latest OS iphone, cards in wallet, ipad not showing apple pay

peak flame
#

click one

#

add

#

it sill show you the summary and book now after that

peak flame
#

select any available slot of date and time and -> guest checkout to show you the final page where the payment is set

I believe this is happening because the domain is verified in livemode, but not in testmode which you're using to test. Can you try to verify the domain here, making sure the testmode toggle near the top right is on in case the link doesn't do that for you:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_method_domains?enabled=true
I expect it to pass verification if it did when adding the domain for livemode. Let me know once that's passed and I'll take another look at the site.

Yup, I see it there now.

upbeat eagle
#

now it works

#

on testing

#

but we have tested the live accounts and were not showing....

lost crown
#

Where can I see that?

peak flame
#

@lost crown - for the Connect accounts how should we proceed further ?

lost crown
#

What do you mean?

peak flame
#

so this is our main account

#

where we are testign and we fixed by verifying domains on testing

#

but we also have clients that connect via our CRM and are gonna use this integration

#

we already enabled this for a client and we can see only the card payment

#

how can we show the a pay and apple pay for them ?

lost crown
#

Does your client have their own Stripe account? or are they also using your main account? If they have their own account, are you using Connect, and if so what charge structure are you using?

peak flame
#

they have own account and connect on our backend via Connect

#

there is no charge structure right now

lost crown
#

Hm, I'm guessing a direct charge flow using oauth for connect onboarding based on what I'm seeing so far.

peak flame
#

I think so too

lost crown
peak flame
#

ok, will do

#

thx @lost crown ! I'm looking into that right now

lost crown
#

Any time! Let me know if that doesn't do the trick and I'll be happy to take another look.
