I'm seeing some strange behavior in the Customer Portal
Can you explain this in more detail?
When "Startup" plan is used, which is the one originally subscribed for
here's how it looks after I've updated the subscription to the "Newsroom" plan instead
๐ as you can notice, the Newsroom "Yearly" does not show, but both "Startup" plans
I have two products - Startup and Newsroom - each with a Monthly and Yearly price, each having their Monthly upselling to their Yearly
the same thing happens if I select the Newsroom plan directly, so without any upgrade or subscription change, so I'm not really sure what's going on here
@lusty hill : I'm a doofus, and apologize. I hadn't added it to the eligible products list
I got confused because the Newsroom Plan showed up alongside the other two ๐คฆ
๐ looks like I'm the coyote, and went headfirst into a rock painted to look like a road
or something
sorry to have wasted your time, and thank you for looking at this anyways!
btw, is there a way to link directly to the "Update Plan"-section of the Customer Portal when creating a new portal session?
