Yes this is possible but you would need to use the two-step confirmation flow: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/build-a-two-step-confirmation
This allows you to see the type of payment method before charging

This can be done with a checkout link? Right now, I generate a checkout link and give to client. They go in the Stripe UI and submit payment.

The other work around would be: in my UI - have one button saying pay by credit card, generate checkout link to invoice w/ credit card option only. And another button pay by ach, generate a checkout link w/ ACH only. Is this correct?
