This event seems to have taken place on the Platform account. I only see Connect webhook endpoints listening to this type.

can i update my existing connect webhook endpoint to listen also platform events or sohould i have 2 distincts listners?

Ok my question is misleading, it seems to handle either one or either the other

I have created a new listner, is it possible to re-emit previous event ?

No, you need a dedicated account endpoint.
