I am not sure I understand your concern. Are you running into any issues with the versions?

No, i was under the impressions that a had to "enable" certain version of the api in the developer settings in the dashboard. But i fear i might be confused by an issue we had when we started the integration of stripe

If there's features that your current version doesn't support, you might need to upgrade the API version in your Dashbord, or set it explicitly for a single request. But this is rarely needed.

If you use the latest version, you generally shouldn't run into any issues for a while.

I had support help me with upgrade the version at some point, but i forgot why....
