hi! you can look at the values of charges_enabled and payouts_enabled on the account, or the status of capabilities, to see what you can do on the account currently. eventually_due doesn't generally block anything until it becomes due.

well if it's due then we might restrict the account, you should listen to account.updated wevbhooks and contact the user to provide whatever is needed if they'd like to continue to receive payouts
