Honestly I'm not enirely sure, when we try to pay using the testnet you provide all I'm getting from our localhost is "Error initating payment with Stripe" and via our console this is what we see.

In other words we can't initate payments and I would just need some assistance where to look as we've used all our options and don't know what to do
