I'm also testing this link here via the VPN, set to the Netherlands location, but only Google Pay is visible, Apple Pay is not visible. Is there any specific reason regarding the browser or device(iOS/Android)?

yes, Google Pay requires Chrome and a Google account, Apple Pay requires Safari on a Mac/iPhone and an Apple account
