Hello! I don't believe you can change that particular text. There are some bits of text you can change, which you can find here: https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-custom_text
But it doesn't sound like the one you want to modify is included there.

As far as the number showing up on the Invoice, the best approach would be to go through the flow in test mode and have a look at the resulting Invoice to see if that number shows up or not.
