Unfortunately there's no way to add OTP using Stripe. You would need to build your own system for sending an OTP, then redirect them to the portal using the Portal object's login_page.url: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_portal/configurations/object#portal_configuration_object-login_page
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Thank you.
The video that is presented in the documentation (https://docs.stripe.com/customer-management/activate-no-code-customer-portal) misleads people into thinking that it is possible, since the documentation is about no-code
Apologies, we don't really handle no-code integrations in this server, so I was unfamiliar with the product you were using. The Billing Portal requires a full-page redirect, since it's a Stripe-hosted product. You can't embed it, but you can redirect from your website.
Hello
@wanton wagon please open your own thread in the main channel if you have questions (unless you have some relation to @trail bear and want to provide more context to the questions asked in this thread)
