๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

๐Ÿ”— This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1277539817722478602

Hi, let me help you with this.

#

What are the Subscription IDs you're expecting to receive?

visual gale
#

Exactly what I've got in the UI

swift fossil
#

I don't think the request from the code snippets is the same one you shared with the Request ID

visual gale
#

ah no sorry, I tried doing it from the command line after

#

that was the command line but I get the same result from the command line so we can try to debug whichever one you prefer

#

Exemple of request from the code req_F5y2wdVLaEBRGJ

swift fossil
#

And what's the Subscription ID that you do receive? Sorry, we don't save the responses of GET requests on our side

#

Oh, I see, it's because the other 3 are on Test clock

visual gale
#

No worries

Although, it does alternate if I change the status

#

Maybe because it only get the one from the current test clock then?

#

I'll try adding a second one

swift fossil
#

does alternate
What do you mean by this?

visual gale
#

Aaaaaaaaaaaah you're right, I've added one (without a test clock) and I get the 2 now ๐Ÿ˜… !

#

Thanks a lot ๐ŸŽ‰

Actually ... ๐Ÿค”

#

I've got one more question, if you prefer me to raise a new ticket do let me know as it's not really related.

I want to migrate subscriptions that are on an old price that we don't want anymore to a new price.

What's my best shot at this from the API?

Can I keep the subscription and just update the items in it? Do I have to do something else? Thanks
