Your integration uses Stripe-Account header, that will create a payment on the connected account. The domain should be registered in the connected account, not platform. See the guide on how to register and verify domain on the connected account: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration?dashboard-or-api=dashboard#register-your-domain-while-using-connect
