I wish I could help, but we don't support 3rd party plugins/connectors via this server. We don't really have context on either Odoo (at least, not since 2016 in my case) or Oracle. If you wanted to build a Stripe-only integration, I could help with that but it doesn't sound to me like you want to do a complete overhaul without either of those.

Not sure. At Stripe, you don't. I can't speak to the other providers though

so i should be able to generate a second api secret key and a webhock pointing to a complete different url than the first ones

Yup, that's definitely possible

and there is also no problem if two different systems use the same api public key

if this information helps. to use POS online-payments in odoo 17, you have to integrate stripe with the wizard. it will create a second account. you can change the account after that.
somehow if i tried it manualy it didn't create the gateways properly in odoo
if anyone cares XD

Gotcha, that makes sense. Yeah, I didn't use Odoo for long, but this leads me to believe that was the right choice 😅
