What do you mean exactly by the "provide information step"?

You mean how to check if they have been fully onboarded?

Hi. I just completed the code for https://docs.stripe.com/connect/onboarding/quickstart#init-stripe. How do I check if a stripe account has already completed this step so I don't show the onboarding model again?

Gotcha, the simplest things to look at are the chages_enabled and payouts_enabled properties

But you can also check the requirements hash to see if it is empty or not

You will want to use a Webhook here and listen for account.updated to do this
