@torpid osprey can you try quickly on https://4242.io/test/payment-element/? That's my team's own demo so it's safe and in Test mode. Sign up for Link (you can use a fake email since it's Test mode) and then reload the page and see if Link is pre-filled. I see this when I reload

can you see the x button at the right corner next to the email, after I click the x at your test site. the link never saved my info
I input my info including link at your test site, but it never save my link info anymore. I think I did the same thing at our staging site

I don't get what you are describing. Like if you click that X it's because you want to log out of Link and pay with a new payment method

Maybe you're in some experiment where the UI is different. I'm not sure. But overall it means it's not really your code and things work fine, just you get a different behaviour on your browser
