I ahve another question

#

If I use Direct charges, then every agreement is a Full agreement correct?

Yes that's correct

#

Is there a way to do Direct Charges while being the Merchant of Record?

#

Lemme explain the use case

sullen zenith
#

No that's not possible

#

But feel free to explain more

I have a brand called XYZ that has Platform Account with Stripe.

Now I connect an express account under Full Service Agreement, and I do Direct Charges.

The problem I'm facing is that, Connected Account's business name is being mentioned on Credit Card's statement after the charge as the Desrcriptor.

I want this to be my brand XYZ's descriptor and my brand's Support's phone number.

Just to solve this small issue, I had to use Destination Charges and taken so much liability of each connected account

Yeah you shouldn't use Direct Charges with Express and you should be using Destination Charges -- that is the correct design here.

#

Really you already hold the liability if you using Express Accounts, regardless of Direct vs. Destination charges
