I know it was available before under: charges.data.refunds.data[0].payment_method_details.card.acquirer_reference_number

in the newer API versions this is no longer available
we have a new field
but it's a private feature
you just need to contact https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
and ask for the network_transaction_id
