there is no payment intent id
because it's the Stripe Element SDK that does the confirmation server-side

I think there's a setting set on our side that is blocking that functionality currently for your non-US Connected Accounts.

But I don't think it's too necessary, you can mention you were working with me on Discord regarding Link not showing in your Payment Element integration.
They key thing I think this will require action on your account, so I need to ticket as that flow confirms account ownership which we can't do in this forum.
