3DS can be required for any card by the issuing bank. It's not about the card itself. What's the search criteria you used on the Dashboard?

There's no straightforward way to test this. Why do you need this exactly? Maybe there's a better way to achieve what you're trying to do.

I am migrating all customers and subscriptions to a new Stripe account. We can copy all customer information to the new account, but for subscriptions, we need to create or recreate them in new Stripe account. If a customer is using a 3DS card, they will need to manually confirm the first payment of their subscription. Therefore, I need to check how many customers in my account have 3DS cards.

There's not really such thing as a 3ds card. You won't be able to predicut when 3ds will be required. Sometimes it is required and sometimes it isn't. Your integration should be able to handle all cards requiring it if they do

I also confirm with stripe migration team on if customer has present 3ds card on their account then we need to confirm payment for their newly created subscierption

It's completely unpredictable
Entirely up to the issuing bank
So some cards that didn't require 3ds on your current account may require it on the new account and vice versa
