The most important thing is that we can receive money in SEK, and if we loose the tracking of transfers etc and that has to be a manual process on our side, that is totally ok...
Hello
I don't think we support SEK currency. Only eur is supported in the EU
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/bank-transfers/accept-a-payment?payment-ui=direct-api&country=eu#web-create-and-confirm-payment-intent
We support IBAN localization for BE, DE, ES, FR, IE or NL:
If you haven’t configured a country for your Customer, or if IBAN localization isn’t supported for that country, we fall back to the country of your Stripe account.
If IBAN localization isn’t supported for the country of your Stripe account, we fall back to IE.
I'm confused the /se/ locale Stripe page for invoices, seems to give a hint that this is possible. But other documentation says only EUR is supported.
when you say locale, do you mean iBAN or just localized invoices?
Is there a way to add a manual payment option? Like not tracked at all by Stripe?
And we can just add our SEK account like that
You can create an invoice and mark it as paid out of band & those payments, you could outside Stripe
It feels weird that we can sell b2c in SEK via Stripe but we can't open up a b2b channel with manual bank transfers as only EUR is supported
Companies can't make VAT deductions otherwise, so it's quite a big deal in countries in Europe that don't have EUR as a currency
I understand. I'd recommend writing in via our support team to see if there are any beta/early-access features for this usecase OR any workarounds too
