What do you mean. Each Product can have multiple Prices. There's no reason they should have a 1-to-1 relationship.

I have two products with two prices, not multiple prices. I triggered some webhook events like customer.subscription.trial_will_end and this automatically created new customers, new products, prices, and subscriptions. I could not delete the products only archive them, but the prices are still active.

You can delete Prices: https://docs.stripe.com/products-prices/manage-prices#:~:text=On the product information page,it and click Delete price.
