Follow up to the previous thread. We found that the Apple Pay button behaviour in checkout->session is related to the Link activation.
Whenever we login with Link, and then checkout, we can see the Apple Pay Button, for ONLY once, and then disappear again when refresh.

Yes, I do have. Express checkout works well in the website and the iPhone devices we tested.

In my iPhone:
- click the link and there's no Apple Pay.
- Login to Link then follow by Logout from Link
- Then Apple Pay button shows up
