Is it a info/warning/error message? Is it preventing the ECE from rendering/functioning? Doesn't read like an error

it is like a warning, buuuut i dont see amazon pay at all

its related to localstorage and/or cookies stripe.js uses

We've had to disable Amazon Pay for any non en-US locales temporarily
