Stripe Elements doesn’t support Google Pay or Apple Pay for Stripe accounts and customers in India. Therefore, you can’t test your Google Pay or Apple Pay integration if the tester’s IP address is in India, even if the Stripe account is based outside India.

according to stripe documentation, payment request button is deprecated. Shall we still use that?

I have checked the link you provided.. Regarding adding the payment method to the browser,For example, you can save a card in Chrome, add a card to your Google Pay account .. Here Do I need to add the google pay card to that google account which test stripe key we are using ?

Yes you need to add a real card in your Google wallet in Chrome
