And what about when I upgrade a subscription, it creates a proration on the items I upgraded. Can I update the description of the items? I did the upgrade through the API by updating the subscription item (Either changing its price to change the item in case of plan upgrades or quantity in all other cases). Is there a way to update the items in there to make it more clear?

Hm, offhand, I don't think it's possible to update the description that is populated for line items generated by our proration logic.
If I'm mistaken, the only point when that would be possible, that you can try out, is to update the Invoice Items before the new Invoice is finalized.
