  1. In Pixel phone this already works, but its very slow .. Takes 10-15 sec to open tap to pay reader.. Do you guys suggest to setup and save the reader and reuse it during every payment request?

I've no idea what 'Sunmi v3 Mix' is, can you elaborate?

#

You say the Terminal team advised you of this. Where specifically?

Sure, I believe we support most of those devices. Can you share more specific details about the error you're seeing?

hushed jewel
#

#

as we cannot run tap2pay with android on debug mode

#

OK, let me check on this. Unclear if this is Stripe specific. Do you see that error when you call a specific method?

sage jackal
#

do those devices have GMS certification?

#

there's a GMS version of the V3 Mix apparently, that's the one that you would need.

hushed jewel
#

" Google Play Store: Google Play > Settings > About > Play Protect certification. Device should show "Device is certified"'

#

thanks will check with devs and sunmi both and get back to you asap

#

Also till then can you help me with making the tap2pay fast? i think our devs are scannign and connecting with tap 2 reader everytime they request tap2pay

#

do you have any suggestion or documention to reduce the 10-15 sec lag for tap2pay

sage jackal
#

this channel is for helping developers directly, would be best if they share the exact code they're using and have a problem with.

#

I can't really help with just the sentence "there is a 10-15 sec lag", we'd need to see what code you use/screen recordings other context.
