Hello
To clarify, you are asking how to resend an Event to your Webhook endpoint? Is that correct?
yes. Example: 10 minutes ago the paymentintent.succeed event is called. Now I as a person see the event, modify the payment intent and resend the (new) paymentintent to the specific endpoint
Yeah that's not how it works
You wouldn't resend the Event in this case because it wouldn't have your modified information
Instead, you would just retrieve the PaymentIntent using https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/retrieve
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
hm ok, so I can either resend an unmodified version or retrieve it?
Can I send data via stripes signature to my endpoint?
No, but you handle all of this on your end
Like your endpoint doesn't need to be involved at all
You are making the modifications yourself
yea, but my endpoint creates the stuff that I want to create when a paymentintent is succeeded. And I don't want to have duplicate code..
Yeah I still don't understand why you need to use an Event at all here or rely on that. You can do this all in your endpoint code. You control all of this
