thanks. Is there a way to set a primary payment method(card) from customer side, IF they have multiple card linked?

just giving the customer option Ig. If they set a card as primary, we take payment from that automaticallyt

Payment Method doesn't have an option to set it as a primary. Your database should save the payment method ID that customer wants to be used as the primary one. Your system will then charge to this specific payment method
