Can you share an example customer portal link that the plan and renew button still shows after canceling a subscription?
I don't see any subscription plan or renew button in your screenshot
Yes, because after i canceled my subscription dont show button to renew
and upgrade plans
is that so?
What is your expected behaviour? Do you mean you want to show the subscription plans and renew button after cancelling subscription?
yes
Thanks for sharing! I'm afraid that will not be possible for Customer Portal. Customer Portal is meant to manage existing subscriptions as documented here: https://docs.stripe.com/customer-management
Once the subscription is canceled, it can't be renewed as canceled is the terminal status. Your system should follow the subscription integration guide for new subscription: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/build-subscriptions
understand, ok thanks so much, i will verify here
