I really wish I could help but my team just helps developers with API/SDK questions. We don't have tools or workflows to help with account related issues on discord.

Hello! I'm really sorry, but we don't have the ability to help you on Discord. The only people who can help you with account issues are the folks at Stripe support. Is the issue that they're replying but not helping, or that you're not getting replies from them at all?

I don't know what the reason was, but there was a reason. The only people who can tell you the reason and help you are Stripe support though. If your goal is to get your Stripe account sorted out you are in the wrong place. Engaging with us here on Discord will in no way help with that.

You need to talk to Stripe support. I know you've been doing that, but you need to continue to do that, probably in different ways. Ask different questions, provide different information. But the path forward is by talking to Stripe support. You won't find a path forward here on Discord.
