đ Welcome to your new thread!
â˛ď¸ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
âąď¸ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
đ This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1225383187950075945

Yes, but only manually, they are able to withdraw through our platform.
Okay, because otherwise Connect might not be the right solution.
However, you might need to track the balance on your end, and store the funds in your Platform account instead, since, as you correctly noticed, Stripe will only allow you to keep funds in the Connected accounts' balances for a limited time.
I see, what would be the best practices on tracking the balance in this case?
Depends on your application, somewhere in a database. Since you're building a wallet I think it makes more sense to be more in control of things.
Thank you, we'll try to figure the rest out ourselves, will make another ticket if needed, thank you again!
Happy to help.
