But The retry after 5 days in setting is only available for live mode, If I have to do it for test mode, it's not happening
also I have to test this feature, but it's also available in live mode only, what if I have to do in test mode

you can test this. have a Subscription with a test card that will fail. and use Test Clocks to move time forward. And you should see the subscription cancels
