Yes when making that API request, you don't have sufficient balance:

ou have insufficient funds in your Stripe account for this transfer. Your card balance is too low. You can use the /v1/balance endpoint to view your Stripe balance (for more details, see stripe.com/docs/api#balance).

In order to have immediate available balance

okay, but when its in live mode, the funds pais through payment intent would be available in the stripe balance only after the settlement period? right?

and also how can i stop the automatic payouts from the stripe balance to the bank for the platform account?

right now as i make a payment_intent it moves the funds to Upcoming payouts to your bank (estimated) and not the stripe balance?

i used the card to bypass the pending balance but still i see the balance is going into Upcoming payouts to your bank (estimated)
