What have you already attempted?
The Stripe support told me that Stripe are currently blocking all SEPA transaction with the bank 'Unicredit' for some internal rules
I'm not sure if you can use Radar for this, but you can reach out to Stripe Support and double check this :
https://support.stripe.com/contact
There is a method to retrieve the complete IBAN from API when the user submit the form?
Ok thanks for the support
What you can do however
You an collect the payment methd before creating the payment_intent
and double check the sepa details
You can follow this guide:
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment-deferred?platform=web
YEs but with this object there's not details about the bank (I see only the name)
And you inspect the payment method before creating a payment_intent/or setp_intent:
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment-deferred?platform=web&type=payment#create-pm
Yes you can make a condition mixed from the bank code and the last4
