I see you're creating a Subscription and then creating a Subscription Schedule with from_subscription: "...", correct?

i am using 2 different price ids, firstly i am creating one subscription from price id of price value $2 , then i am creating an subscription schedule using the previous subscription id and updating its phases with first phase of price id $2 and second phase with price value $38 aand start date with value after 7 days

You can create a single Subscription Schedule starting from "now", with 2 phases, one with weekly Price, and the second with monthly Price. This should simplify the setup. Please try this and see if the issue persists.
